UFC London was arguably the most insane mma event in a long while. That atmosphere got me on a lot of British hype trains. Dunno if the next one can top it's predecessor... tha bar is that high.

Tom speaks very well. He speaks confidently without coming across arrogant. I'm a massive fan and enjoy seeing this guy fight. He's got great hand speed and he's good on the ground. Definitely got the ability to be a champ!

This fella is the real deal. Great ring smarts, huge, mobile, resilient and ruthless when required. A legitimate 255lb heavyweight who moves like a middleweight. As comfortable on the ground as he is on the feet. He's gonna be a problem at the top end of that division for a good while.

I like Woodsy but asking the question 'what time was your fight on' in the last Ufc london event, reveals that laura and talksport don't know who aspinall is and that he headlined the most successful fight night card in ufc history. I understand woodsy and talksport not big mma fans but do some fukin homework lol

More air time for the UFC please. It winds me up how much time you spend on boxing. Every UFC event has competitive fights. Most of the time in boxing you know who is going to win.

MMA is growing and I genuinely believe will become bigger than boxing. Say what you want about Dana White but there is a lot less dodging fights and cherry picking. Most of the cards are exciting top to bottom and there is more ways to win. In regards to being brutal, admittedly there are more injuries in mma but when it comes to brain injuries boxing's record is much worse. Tom is gonna be a legend and hopefully help make the sport go more mainstream in this country,

I had to go + hear what Jordan actually said about MMA/UFC, + having done so I can knowingly say, it didn't make sense. His first point was concerning the crowd (at an MMA event) which weren't to his liking, the fact he uses this as a reason to dislike the sport is ridiculous, + not just because the sport of MMA + the crowd at a random MMA event are 2 separate entities. If you want to talk about the crowd, you're on thin ice, waffer thin! I don't doubt that the people he was on about weren't much fun to be around, but if he's trying to suggest a boxing crowd are in any way better company, + he was, which once again is just ridiculous. I know of a bunch of boxing events that descended into horrible crowd violence, so, his first point not only didn't concern the relevant subject, but it also made no sense + just wasn't credible. His second point was, MMA is too brutal, it makes him wince, I believe he said, which is his personal feeling so you can't argue against that. However, it should be made clear that boxing is far more dangerous than MMA, + that is a stonewall, statistical fact........... Does Spencer Oliver (Barnet boy, me too!) still hit the Talk Sport airwaves?????? I wonder what he'd say on the subject????? But to conclude, what Jordan said........... I wouldn't say it came from the heart, it came out his arse, is more like it.

Honestly I had to stop listening to talk sport years ago, the quality of people working there is horrific. It’s basically talk football. They get access to elite level MMA guys, rugby you name it and some of the questions they ask and the manner in which they talk to people is just embarrassing. Even this interview here; do your research before he comes on and ask detailed educated questions. Remember they had Rugby World Cup winners on and the stuff they were asking was almost insulting. Just a bunch of football clowns pretending to be sports journalists.

Aspinall's already a legend. He dominated Volkov. Would love to see him be British heavyweight champion. Would be incredible. He's so astute and clinical even just in his assessment of where he's at and where he wants to go. Love it.

ufc london had a great fight card and Tom Aspinall had a fantastic performance that night. He has a great chance of challenging for the heavyweight belt and becoming a champion. Simon is entitled to his opinion but the sport has evolved massively in the past decade. Tom spoke very well as did Bisping. 🙂

Love him when it comes to football can't argue but boxing a mixed martial arts he is wrong on. Aspinall is going to be the first British hw in the ufc which is the best of the best at missed martial arts so we need to give him his respect. He's humble a family man and a proper person you should respect.
