Hi I have a question, so I've been training mma for a year and since I started I'm afraid of getting hit during sparring, I try to fight it but there are no effects, sometimes it's better and sometimes it's worse but it bothers me during sparring and i can't spar normally, any advice? Edit: it got to the point that even in a headgear I'm afraid, I hide behind my guard and I don't enter into exchanges

Are you getting hit really hard or something? Could be cus you’re not confident in your skills aswell, the more you know the less afraid you’ll be to get hit and hit back.

Wow. UK and Europe in general just has better kickboxing. The US has the edge in grappling and maybe straight boxing although the UK is very good at that as well. Respect.
