I'm finally back!!! :D
I've been working on this ever since I came back from holiday break, sorry for the long wait!
Anyways, this is my interpretation of Kukui and Guzma's backstory (based on the lyrics of this song), since there's not much of it in the game :P I'm super happy with how their younger models turned out!

i usually don’t give feedback on mmd vids but i just have to say this is one of the best i’ve ever seen. their animations look so fluid and both of them dancing w the younger version of the other is SUCH a nice touch. there are many other aspects i love but mentioning ‘em all would make this comment too long 😊

Oh my god. Now this is how you do a MMD video! This whole thing was so well done, from the music choice, to the story line and even how each shot played into the lyrics - don’t even get me started on the dancing! Honestly the best part right there!! This was so enjoyable to watch and I really loved the young Guzma character model, I really look forward to seeing more stuff from you thanks so much for posting, you’ve really brightened up my day!

this is literally the best mmd i have ever seen. i hope you know that. you made an actual (gasp!) music video out of it. considering how much more work you put into it, i can see why videos like these arent often made with mmd, but goddamn just imagine if they WERE. just. theres so much substance in this. you were already making the best pokemon mmds and then you did this. with like, meaningful directing and composition and stuff. and those model edits for them as kids look like they could have already existed in the game or anime. an all around amazing job

Wow, seeing young Kukui and young Guzma is cool. I think their relationship is kinda sad, a falling out resulted in the two of them going from best friends to practically hating each other, just because the Professor was a little stronger in battle, Guzma never had a friend as good until Plumeria and the rest of Team Skull, the anime really opened up our eyes to the sad past between the two, I want them to make peace now that Team Skull has disbanded in USUM, but, to say it like Kukui with Pokemon moves, a grudge severed their destiny bond. Do you see how I think it's sad? Of course you do, you made this which showed that to OTHER people who didn't know about their past. My edit was fixing some word choices, I originally said "a good friend until" and I changed it to "a friend as good until"

this is by far the most wonderfully bittersweet interpretation of these two and I just love it! I've always envisioned them as past friends who may still wish the other was around. this is outstanding--you really outdid yourself on this one!! their younger models are just spot on too!!

Ive never loved an MMD more than this one. One of the flaws of the game (to me anyway) was the lack of scenes between these two, and this just perfectly expresses the mourning loss and their backstory. This is beautiful, all my kudos and uwus go to you dude 💞💞

This is pretty outstanding for an MMD! The perspective for the characters just scream commitment! I love it when Guzma dances with the younger Kukui, and when Kukui dances with younger Guzma. It's also amazing when Guzma runs through the rain, then to the place where you first challenge Hala. This is my favorite MMD so far that I've ever seen. You've earned a new subscriber.
