I totally understand what they are saying and also I think I might be goth because I drink coffee, hate the sun and think the world is totally fucked up

For those of you wondering about the true difference. Goth = People who listen to goth music. (May also read gothic books, watch gothic movies/shows, wear gothic fashion, listen to non-goth gothic music/metal/any other genre.) Emo = People who listen to emo music. (May wear emo fashion pretty much same as above but replace goth/ic with emo.) Examples of goth music are Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now by the Smiths or Spellbound by Siouxsie and the Banshees. Examples of emo music are Ohio is for Lover by Hawthorne Heights or anything by My Chemical Romance.

Pete (the one with the red fringe) is definitely my favorite of the Goth squad.

I fucking love the goth kids in South Park mostly because they make me want to be a goth but I know I that I'm not goth, but they make me feel like I'm goth. I just enjoy watching them so much. They're the whole reason why I like South Park so much. Man, they should make more episodes that are just about the goth kids and have them do more crazy things like the other characters do.

Yes, both emos and goths come from punk, but emos are not a subgenere of goth, they have their own story (it's actually all about people who listened to emocore aka emotionalcore) and so do goths (they have lots of remifications and have a more complex culture)
