Those alternative skins look like the 'stealth' suits from The Loyal Subjects figures. The putty (mutant) rangers had the same colored suits as the originals - just with grey boots, gloves, and belts.

There were only two times where there were true Putty Rangers. The 1st was when the original five got detention and had to distract Bulk and Skull long enough to escape. The 2nd time Rita made Putty Rangers was near the end of Season 1. In that group, the Putty that was meant to be the Red Rangers kept failing to do the High flying kick so Goldar got rid of it. In an episode of season 2, Zedd sent down some Z-Putties in the forms of children in Power Ranger costumes to trap Tommy in a Graveyard Pocket Dimension. (Fun Fact: The first time Rita created Putty Rangers, the Putties look completely identical to the actual Ranger suits. The 2nd Time Putty Rangers existed the Gloves and Boots were still Putty colored while the white Diamonds stayed the same as the normal Ranger suits.)

Actually, the world of coinless Trini is I think saving our normal Billy while our normal Trini being the brain of the team at that time find a way to fuse her power through Black Dragon arm that they got and later on fixing/giving it to coinless Trini cause she doesn't have power(in the final battle)
