India must buy Rafale ,as US don't give software code ,like Saudi Arabia dint got such code so they were force to buy American weapons like missile ,and india mostly use Russian weapons so can these American fighter use them ,will US even agree to use Russian weapon on there platform..
From my point of view....we could consider super hornet(f 18) but with 100% technology transfer by which we would be able to develop its parts completely or more than 80% in india and on other side f 18 are the best jets for our naval force and their operation costs are also 30-39% low than Rafael.
Sir Rafele is best kyo k humne already 36 rafele ka order diya hai aur Navy ko 57 Carrier born Fighter plane chaiye to 110 +36 +57 itne plane mai technology transfer bhi ho jaye ga and inn sub ka maintenance bhi easy ho jaye ga aur in France 6th gen aircraft develop kar raha hai wo 6th gen aircraft bhi India ko de sakta hai..... jub k America F35 bhi hume nahi dega
@@sarthakakhawat1893 we already building sepret maintenance facility for Rafales if we buy other aircrafts we have to build maintenance facilities for them also.. After this IAF will have Tejas mk1/mk2 AMCA Rafales SEPCAT JAGUARS MiG29K Sukhoi Su-30MKI (MMRCA2) (NAVY) see the variations.. It's hard to maintain them plus we have to depend on various OEM manufacturers from USA to France & Russia for future upgrades or spare parts..
Thanks defence squad for this video..No Agony no pain shall make me cry soldier was I born soldier shall I die I live by chance and love by choice and kill by profession we miss homes because we save homes.. Jai Hind
according to me top 3 likely to get selected 1. FA-18 (it will boost Degrading US-INDIA ties) 2. Rafale(proven aircraft and even IAF officers recommended it indirectly by giving example as we need 110 rafale like aircrafts) 3.Saab Gripen E( capable single engine aircraft)....
India must buy rafale due to its first order already signed and its navy version is also better so india must think about it and favour it and its all on our ministry of defence jai hind ¡¡¡¡
All are good air craft. But India need quality of piolets. Like pak airforce. I am not spreading hate but that's truth... If India choose Rafael that's a good air craft but before see latest air show of rafeal vs jf 17 trunder block 2. Compare it.! Jf17 trunder wins the air show. Plz work on tajas...
@@shahbazali-pv1vn dude you need to get out of your sweet dreams. India got amazing piolts and abhinandan is the proff. Killed falcon with mig 21. By the way Rafael has beaten typhoon and raptor in dog fight. Just go and search about it. And our tejas is also in progress with mk2. I'm also not hating too.
@@vegitouchiha2499 bro we are not in dream. Moreover our pilot make dream comes true. Secondly your abhinandan so whole world knows that how he was bitten by locals and Pakistan army saves your hero. And third!! ABHINANDAN attack their own helicopter. The company who made f16 falcon they check our jets so all falcon are save and ready to fight.... History already made by Pakistan airforce so plz do not disturb. And have a sweet dream 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
The biggest winner of mmrca 2.0 is LCA Tejas if HAL, ADA and others can deliver what they have promised in time. The whole mmrca seems like a game to buy more time for LCA Tejas. There was no need for this reselection if the intention was to induct a stop gap fighter.
i love your analysis but i somewhat differ in your stand.I think the GRIPEN E is the strongest competitor over here because of 100./. technology transfer and one the most advanced jet right now and also being a single seat fighter which the IAF wants right now. 1.Coming onto the other contenders i think F16 would be out as Pakistan already has these jets and its not practical for use to buy them knowing that our enemy as a depth knowledge about them. 2.Boeing 's Hornet also may be a good choice. 3.Rafales are already being inducted so may not be a good choice if we want to increase our diversity of aircrafts with us 4.Mg 35 may be ruled out due to some reliability issues with the mig21,mig29 etc frequent crashes. 5.Eurofighter may be a good option but is a twin seater. THUS EITHER GRIPEN OR THE SUPER HORNET CAN MAKE THE CUT.
Who told you? How come a 4.5 generation aircraft can be upgraded to 5th generation fighter aircraft? Entire design and airframe needs to be changed to accommodate weapons inside the aircraft. 5th generation fighter jets won't carry missiles on the wings but there will be an internal bay in which missiles will be accommodated to reduce the radar signature.. We should speed up AMCA project to get a 5th generation fighter jet..
@@MPPIN Yes 5 the generation has internal bay but recently China able to catch on their radar F22 which is 5 the generation .. actually some countries along with india also working on 6 th generation.. for the 5 th generation May be India will get their 1 st lots on 2025 and 6the generation some time between 2030 to 40.. but here one draw back for us still Hal unable to create engine on their own .. for that still need help from outside .. if able to create aircraft engine then it will be game changer for India.. AMCS project under way but they are going for single role not multi role.. let’s see how Indian govt approved it quickly nd escalate to HAL to complete it quickly… should create as much as own technology so that dependency will be less on others…
@Defence squad....when will the decision of mmrca 2.0 come? And when will it start supplying the aircraft and within how much time its should make the delivery?
# I think for 110 fighter Rafael jet will be chose and for navy 50 jet f18 super hornet will be signed 😊😊..beocz indian navy love to operate f18 super hornet in navel variant i heard

@@shahbazali-pv1vn India ke pas ache pliots hai. Esi quality ke Karan Indian air Force ne 71 war me apni air space ko protect kiya.Aur recently isi quality ki vajah se wing commander abhinandan ne mig 21 jaise purane fighter jet se Pakistan ke f16 ko shoot kiya.
Should buy Rafale, Gripen or Mig-35 for overall lifecycle costs, supplier reliability issues, technology transfer, offset capabilities and geo-politics combined. Gripen for aircraft carrier deployment and Rafale/Mig-35 for the MMRCA
I think FA18 will win. Rafael hai, f21 bhi wahi purani technology use krta hoga but updated... FA18 ek new company hogi for india aur iski technology bhi new hogi india k liye. Baaki dono ki technology toh pta hogi.
-> F-16 and F/A-18 Super Hornet - No , because of not allowing Transfer of Technology -> MiG-35 - No , Because of poor After Sale service -> Gripen e Fighters - No, because of no gurantee of Tech Transfer as they themselves have used other countries tech... -> Eurofighter Ryphoon - No, because of High Maintainence cost

@@vaibhavchandrakar1856 it doesn't matter parts are broken or better but jf17 shows it's capability against other aircrafts... Come to the point bro and face the reality. Please don't spread hate....
Mig 35 best contender. 1-it is cheapest fighter. 2-it is more maneuverable than even su 35. 3- it can carry maximum no of bombs and missiles than any other fighter. 4-it is best for navy as it can fly to very low heights in oceans so maneuverability is best for both airforce and navy. 5- about spare parts,if company management is poor and chances of spare part problem risk is there, this deal is so big that we can make them do complete tot,as it is basic logic that weakest is easiest to break.just make them opening spare parts manufacturing unit in india so that we are least dependent on them in future..........jai hind
I think Lockheed Martin should have offered f35s , would have been better. Sukhoi didn't even stand for a chance this time although su35 and su57 are great
Rafale should be the one! Logistic Support- excellent After sales support- excellent Availability- excellent TOT- excellent France never asks extended cost for spare parts during fight like russia did in past We won't need extra training cost coz its already in process We won't need new base Too many things favoring Rafale and one of them its SEXY! What a Bird. One of a kind ❤️
My friend india will buy Mig35 from Russia because of it price and huge saving second things is russian prisident has promise india for complete transfar of this aircraft manufacturing third thing Since the Navy is Also using the same plane it is easy for maintainance and it is very good deal for India
French jets are good and they never came under pressure from American or sanctions . Russia has stood by our side in 1971 old friend should not be forgotten .
Srinivassan Kandaswamy that's a diplomatic answer.... I agree but mig planes have always been a topic of worry for the past years.....sukhois are not introduced here.... If at all you can observe.
Will Dassault provide a complete transfer of technology and a complete manufacturing unit in India, majorly does that including the JET ENGINE. Which is our Major Drawback and Consern. A) JET ENGINE B) Radar C) Sensors D) Guidance Helmet E) All Avionics related Technologies.
MIG 35 is 4++ Generation. RAFALE IS 4. Can be upgraded to 4+ India will procure MIG 35 I feel.Navy already has MIG29K. All these jets have different strengths. I think MIG 35 is the choice. Plus 36 Rafale. Also India will buy more Rafales, as it was selected in earlier competition. 100 + Rafales 100 + MIG 35 200+ SU30MKI. 50+ MIG 29K. TEJAS II Plus Ugraded older Generation jets ( 600+ ) Looks good till 2040 year But we need to self build a 5++ Generation fighter. More Stealth. And Speed🇮🇳🇮🇳
Rafael is the best as french track record in defence cooperation with India is very good. Rafael is a new aircraft where as F16 and F18 are quite old and on the verge of getting outdated. Availability rate of french Mirage 2000 is above 80%, hence in the long term Rafael will will be economical. Rafael is having everything other than stealth what a formidable a modern fighter aircraft needs. In my opinion Rafael is the best choice.
Rafale has highest airworthiness around 75%. Rest has around 50%. Also in US companies, USA can impose sanctions over India anytime, as per past records. So price and availability is a loop there
Grippen is not too bad and is cheaper to maintan . We can buy a few more if we go with this option and then work with swedan to keep on upgrading and make in india
Tejas has still a long way to go....dealing the fact that our squadrons are depleting at an alarming rate ,, we can't depend on Swadeshi tech for at least another 10 years...
Could help Mahindra a lot and establish them into the Fighter jet market ecosystem. Mahindra Roxer is licensed built Willys Jeep and has done wonders for them even still today.
For this tender, India should buy 50% RAFALE Fighter and 50% Euro Fighters TYPHOON with its (India's) own terms an conditions . This will be beneficial for India .
Saab is cheap to build and can challenge 4.5 generation fighters , also technology transfer is possible by Sweden and its a rare fighter with good technology.
Rafaels are best. Boeing is doing good job for make in India even before make in India... Besides it is truly multirole and very good in EWand strike missions but it is not as agile as Rafaels. And third best is mig35 for it's 3d thrust vectoring, good radars and overall very cheap. Gripen is good option... Tejas mk1A price is high so we buy them in more quantity, reducing numbers of mk2 or IF we don't go for mk2 we can have gripen as another option but this is unlikely to happen We shouldn't go for f16 and eurofighter under any concerns
I think IAF will prefer the Rafale twin engine fighters of France's Dassault Aviation as it has already paid USD 1.3 Billion for the 13 India Specific Enhancements in 36 fighter jet deal and will not have to pay additional amount for any further follow-on contract. Hence, as per my opinion, this time Rafale Fighters will be cost effective as well.
