@@Thasky_ it's a talent - Improved Hamstring. It can root a player or mob and slow their movement speed when the root breaks. When it procs it's definitely an "Oh shit" moment for the mage. But he honestly should have just blinked instead of trying to grenade. If he did grenade then blink. But he broke his own nade with his Cone of Cold...
