Hi Can I use the 370 motor on a 110scale rc crawler chassis I want to build a lowrider not made for speed wanted to use a smaller motor 370 with gearbox on my build
did you just replace the 280 motor with a 370 directly and still use the standard mn78 pcb board? I have replaced my MN78 with a 370 motor but what happened was that my pcb board IC motor caught fire
I am new to RC and have just done my first 370 motor swaps into an MN99s ( now it has a bit more torque but is just much much slower) and also a WPLc24-1 ( much more torque but painfully slow) Both also seem to have lost turning circle . Would an ESC upgrade help ? If so what tech specs ? thanks
After market 370 single speed gearbox is the best torque gearbox but very slow. If you want a more speed change it into higher rpm motor or brushless motor. There is available combo brushless motor with esc.
