I'm thinking about a getting chahoua but I'm not fond of the feeding mice idea. Should I just not get one then or will insects be just as enriching? Im not ever looking to breed.
+Tanny B I only feed mice during breeding season to females who need the extra fat and calcium. So No, it's not really necessary and you can get away with just bugs and diet
I wouldn't think so. The gecko in the video is a type of gecko that is larger than gargoyle geckos. I have many adult gargoyle geckos at home and they are not interested in prey as large as a newborn mouse. Mine will usually be interested in prey that is a bit smaller. Since you can't get mice smaller than a newborn mouse, I seriously doubt they would try to eat it.
