MNJ 773 and 5615 Switching Freight Cars | Metro-North 4910 with a 3 Car Passenger Train Twice (4K) 

In August 2023, I went to Campbell Hall Station along the Port Jervis Line to see Metro-North F40PH-3C 4910 pulling and pushing a three car set. As soon as I arrived, I was surprised to see Middletown & New Jersey Railroad GP9 773 and Ex-Norfolk Southern GP38-2 5615 pushing lots of tank cars. They had to stop in order to couple up to a centerbeam car. While 773 and 5615 were stopped, Metro-North 4910 pulled into the station. As 4910 departed, 773 and 5615 started to push their train again. Once they pushed their train down the line and uncoupled, they ran lite to couple up to GP38-2 2174 that was parked. Finally I saw 4910 again pushing a deadhead train.
