Thanks for those kind words. As a side note, I wrote the lyrics for this one. I loved the tune but there weren’t any lyrics for it, so I created some. It’s been one of our main songs since.

Thanks for pointing that out. That was a typo. Of course it was written by Bill Lee, Spike Lee's dad and a wonderful upright bass player, and not Will Lee, the equally excellent electric bassist. Much appreciated. All fixed now. Cheers!

Thank you so much! Sorry I was late in responding. I love this tune and when I couldn't find any lyrics for it I wrote my own. I can get them to you if you like, so long as you credit me when you use them.

Perfect. If you could cite me as the author of the lyrics whenever you use them I'd really appreciate that. Thanks. If you ever need any other lyrics for jazz standards without words, let me know. I've written lyrics for songs like Dolphin Dance, Blue Dove, Beatrice, etc
