Mo'nique has always been well spoken and a great listener I agree. The problem is her husband wants to be the talent and she feels guilty he isn't and includes him in every damn thing LOL.
@@itsnoahonfireI thought so too but I now disagree. He wants to advocate for her and sale her up and we’re greater in numbers. Him having her back and wanting to provide different but similar perspectives on things to always have the heat she gets not to be so much for her is admirable. They were eating Monique up and playing in her face for the longest
I wish the Queens would come together and each one bring one and do like a series. Not a competition like star search but just features based on who audiences want to see.
As a grown man I will say baby Mo'nique on time out had my damn side hurting 😂😂😂, I love love love everything she said and she was 💯 with it, I have nothing but love and respect for these two ladies, as I tell my coworkers I drink water and mind my business ain't got nothing to do with me
Monique is an awesome comedian an a Powerful strong African American woman and a icon to all Sister’s. Yo monique’s husband is what i call a stand up real man, an right by his side is a legend.
Bro really? Her husband was the one that derailed her. Monique was well on her way to becoming an A lister. Her talent is undeniable, but she let her husband label her as the worst thing you can be labeled in the industry…. Difficult…. If anything she made it more difficult for blk women
Mo'nique and ms.pat issa duo i didnt think i needed to see !!1 they are hilarious !!! someone said add Thea to the group and we gotta bomb project!! i agree
omg MO'NIQUE LOOKS SO BEAUTIFUL she lost so much weight and i love her braids makeup and outfit plus she always makes us feel so proud of our culture GOD BLESS.
I just love Ms Pat I watch her on any an everything I can, Monique still got that funny come back an her workouts I’ve watched on I.G puts me to shame 😂
Fast forward to today and hearing Taraji talking about low pay for black actors ( women). Monique been preaching this for years!! She was a trailblazer for speaking up so professionally/ profoundly! Kudos to Monique
I love that Mo'nique was honest in saying yes she was able to have it all; but she had HELP. A lot of people think they can live how these celebs live with the full career and be an awesome mother and wife and don't realize these people have a lot of HELP. There is a butler, a nanny or 2, tutors, drivers and sometimes a house manager.
I met Monique before I walked up to her after the show and I’m telling you she is so beautiful! I don’t have anything to say about anything else. We all have a life we all deal with things that are hard sometime and I pray the best for her. I may not agree with everything concerning her and her life but one thing I do agree with her about she has a right to speak the truth of what happened.! she may go in a different way, but that’s for her because she know what she went through. I didn’t walk on her shoes but I’m telling you now. The truth is coming out about some of the people she was talking about the ones that sold her out they may have told her not what you say is how you say it, that’s true a lot of times but I’m a truth has come out! Nobody is above the law, the natural law, and no one is above a spiritual law. One thing about God he has no favorites.! You may meet people who are high up and what we call that have power in this world but nobody’s power is more powerful than God at the end of the day you will reap what you sow! And everything in the dark it does come to the light. It may take years to come, but it’s coming. dirt comes out and now some of their dirt is coming out. You may never take their power in their fame away but at least you uncovered their dally deed and that’s the respect I have for Monique she had the guts to stand up and tell on these , so-called powerful people who have pulled! But not more powerful than God! And I don’t like the profanity!! but I like Monique separate the profanity from her I get it!!! And her husband stood by her side and stood up for her spoke up for her even though it wasn’t popular and all the negative comments that she received he didn’t run he fought with her! because some men they don’t have any balls they run when it gets hot, he didn’t run from the fire. He walked through the fire with Monique and for that I have nothing but the deep respect for how he handled that I may not like people ways and they file language. It may be some ideas that they may have about life, but I do stand with them for their right to tell the truth! and I do stand with them for standing together strong when all this trials and tribulation came because she stood up for what is right, and he encouraged her and stood with her! That is a lot and that speaks louder than words!
Thanks for this I’ve been looking for a more recent interview cus I love hearing her speak. She should be a motivational speaker I pay good money for that
Nah, not really. What she was fighting for and what the writers/actors are fighting for are completely different. Comedy specials are under a different contract from what the actors are fighting for right now. But even still, because of her name, she was never going to make the SAG minimum. She was offered WAY over the minimum, but she felt she deserved more because her peers, who were bigger draws, got more. Her fight was a negotiation thing. This fight is about standards.
Monique's fight is ultimately about standards too if you think about it and exposing how people get lowballed in Hollywood. Her fight just like this fight will have exes and companies think twice about giving actors or industry workers horrible paychecks @@actor260
Good Morning Beautiful People I Love Me BTMS. Monique I Love You And Please Keep Speaking. And My Mrs. Pat I Hear You On Keeping Your Section 8 In Your Back Pocket. But In The Mighty Name Of Jesus You Will Not Ever Need It Again. Love Love Love You All.
If Queens of comedy comes back it HAS TO BE the original Queens who are on the stage Period 💯and Ms Pat is a talent for sure but no where nearrrrr the star power Monique has... Ms. Pat is mostly famous in America, Monique been worldwide for decades!
Lol. Separate bedrooms is the ish when you get old!!!! My dude got up b4 & I could smell the coffee and sausages drifting upstairs. If I didn’t smell the sausage I knew we were going to #wafflehouse or our favorite coffee house. Will always treasure the memories of our time together in the house on the lake and the swimming pool in the front yard. #RIPMyBen #MyBen
I feel like Ms. Pat isn't at a place where she is able to receive the weight advice though Mo'Nique was coming from a loving place she wasn't ready to receive it for a looooooong time herself.
We need the Original Queens of Comedy to reunite for a tour. 👑👑👑👑 (And bring Miss Laura back) I think they leaving alot of money on the table💰💰💰... They may still be the best female comics out today, still
That pairing, Monique and Ms. PAT seems perfect. I don't know about another Queens of Comedy. I am not a fan of her stand up. She is better as a comedic actress.
The only thing i have to say is Monique you can't play both sides. You can't have your option on how or sisters present themselves in public but scare away from the topic of will and jada when these are people who are idolized and looked up to. They should take some responsibility for the position they play in society. JADA GO SIT DOWN.
Mo speaks her mind just like a Sag. But she is shady since Charm School. The Ms Pat show is just too crass for me. Not funny at all. I love how they spoke on the new school VS the old school way of comedy. I've heard of the long road trips in the hooptys. Lol. They earned their stripes.
Did Ms. Pat just praise a section 8 certificate?! Wow. Just disappointing. There is sincerely more to life that even she deserve. They set the tone though.
Ms. Mo'Nique, please do not call your manager daddy in a public setting. That is so unprofessional and unnecessary, and may be a contributing factor. Thank you!
You got a chance to do it correctly with the last two…but that does not count as you downing over again for your first son. You only get one chance…people are not objects.
@@angelminaj617 Not hating. Did you find it funny? It had a few moments, but fell flat to me. We've all seen her be funny - even her interviews are hilarious, but the special was meh.
Return to comedy??? After that Netflix special she did, I would say please stay where you at sister. You do best criticizing from the sidelines and being salty at Lee Daniels
