I enjoy your channel. Unlike most of the others that have been doing this for a while, you have remained genuine and the ride is the most important aspect of everything you do.
heck ya man! i think we were in moab at the same time for a minute. we just got back today. have a blast out there guys its incredible. steel bender has a knarly climb in the middle of it if you want something hard.
Been on both Moab Rim and Cliffhanger in my YXZ, was a blast! It is a big advantage on both of these trails if you run 32" tires like you guys have. Much more challenging will smaller tires, regardless of what machine you run.
Great video! So I don't know where your mics pick up at on that cam, in the past I've used faux fur from a craft store/aisle and attached it to my cameras with tape, and it helps cut down on the harshness of windnoise. Not sure that it'll work for you, but thought I'd mention it.
@@BlownBudgetOffroad yeah it happens, and there isn't alot you can do about it. And to be fair the wind noise reduction the Sony cams use is pretty good. But I figured I'd mention it as a simple home remedy to help fight that.
I run no sway bars on my turbo s but it is the dynamix so helps with body roll but I don’t think I’ll ever run sway bars again it was night as day for ride quality! Billy
What do you think of the xt warriors? I was looking at those because I’ve heard they are good in all terrains and match the performance of like roxxzilla in rock
Don’t buy them I struggled a lot with them on this trip and they put me in less than ideal situations stay tuned and you will see what I’m talking about! Go zillas if you rock crawl it’s hard to beat! Billy
Blown Budget Offroad see I’m an all terrain guy. I ride sand rock mud and deep water. Actually I go to badlands a lot so just imagine that type of riding but then I also go to some other places for mud and deep water riding
@@andrewwalter3049 I have been wondering if there is a better alternative out there that could cope with slick mud also. Half wonder if zillas could be trimmed to increase lug gap so they don't pack up so easily, yet still retain most of their other good qualities. Would love to see a hybrid round profile tire with a "solid center ring" for smooth hardpack, with spread out tapered lugs on the tread, and tighter sidewallblugs that could be activated by lower inflation pressures.
101rotarypower yeah I need a tire that is good for the nice clay like south mud but also good for rock crawling because those are the types of riding I do. I’ve heard rt warriors are good in that by the guys at silkrok but others say different. Im not sure I might just stick with the carnivores
Try not to extend your discussions, it gets old and I think most of your viewers would rather watch the riding rather than hear lengthy discussion that don't really matter. Your comparison are great by the way and the video's on the mods are good too; however, those discussions seem to go on & on & on...
Appreciate the input man but we’re doing the channel this way because there is plenty of channels with pure action, no explanation of the trails, no explanation of how hard something was, what parts break, what parts were running ect. It seems most people like the way we’re doing it. -Justin
