500 darts capacity
self dismantling belt (the rest of the dart-belt falls out at the bottom of the blaster, so no fiddling around with the leftover belt)
btw, the darts coming out of the NERF disruptor are quite slow, because its pump is a bit broken... (I used the pump in a previous prototype)

This is beyond incredible. This is a blaster we have been wanting since the beginning of Nerf. And nothing will top this. They have made an official shell catcher for this. Its called a pick-up truck.

same. My dream was always a) it would be a springer and b) the barrels would be more than cosmetic, I didn't even dream to actually reach mini-gun rates of fire, 1000 or 2000 rpm I figured would be the limit, but this is going to far surpass that, hell, this is going to surpass a lot of actual Gatling cannons.

Yes, the shells are required so the belt can be pulled with high speed without breaking the darts, and the link/shell combination allows an easy dissassembly which makes sense since the belt is 10m long.

i had a similar idea a while ago, using casings and disintegrating belts but with a different design, still this is by far the most advanced blaster I've seen and its incredible ^^
