Disclaimer: While I could not talk to everyone that I flew over on some clips, I did ask the majority on whether they were ok with my quad flying above them. They were all very positive about it. Yes, it is still better not to fly over someone. I had two people spotting my quad on LOS in addition to an extra monitor for my FPV feed.
