You might have noticed it by now, but the club leader was at the school because he wanted to get some dumbbells. He then called the rest of them once he saw mob, ritsu and reigen so they could do the training thing because they wanted to accommodate mob and ritsu’s situation. Only the club leader was there at first, and he just happened to arrive while mob and co were there.

I haven’t read the manga, but I’ve always thought that tsubomi is a really mysterious character. I don’t think she’s got a mysterious past or anything, but we know very little about her personality or why mob likes her. I feel like that’ll be focused on a little bit next season. It’s not as crazy or bombastic as fighting the ultimate 5, but it feels important to the story to address it. Especially because I’m pretty sure season 3 is the last season. Also, I could be wrong, but I don’t think there’s much manga content for the season to adapt. I kinda think season 3 will mostly be about tying up loose ends for most characters

The body improvement club bit at the end was just a way to give Mob and Ritsu a place to stay while their house is being rebuilt.

There's a lot going on in that final battle that goes unnoticed, especially for those who don't realize the entire point of the manga/anime. This whole story is about raw emotions and how they make you live and act. Both Suzuki and Mob experience a plethora of emotions from rage, joy, fear, sadness, hopelessness, determination, hate, remorse, mercy, acceptance and many others. Mob Psycho fights are never about just soullessly throwing fists, kind of like My Hero Academia the fights have passion and heart beyond the power of friendship trope.

The ground not feeling like concrete comment was because they were inside the center of the broccoli, so it wasnt concrete they were standing on it was broccoli

maybe the thing is mob absorbed power from suzuki and transfer to broccoli seeds like he did in ep 1 in tomato seeds

During his fight with Suzuki in the manga he was feeling different emotions at 100% as they battled. At one point he felt 100% ecstasy from using his powers so freely, and that’s what made him laugh! They probably cut it out of the show to not bombard people with all the different emotions back to back because there were a lot, but I thought that was a pretty cool moment. Mob is so against using his powers uncontrollably, but he had that one little moment before he saw Ritsu where he loved it.

I don't read the manga but I think the anime did a good job to show Mob's emotions. It was quite obvious to me that he felt exctasy when he was fighting Suzuki. Against an ennemy that is as strong as him if not stronger he could release all of his power. For once there was no barrier, no restraint

You know how, up to this point in the anime, it would always say what emotion Mob was currently feeling at 100%, but it didn't for this episode. Never understood why the anime creators made that decision.

i’m pretty sure its because the whole time he was at 100% is just kept growing if that makes sense, and when he changes emotions I think you might be able to tell between courage and anger

It's because in the manga he switched between so many emotions at once in that fight. IN the anime they always just focus on one big emotion but it wouldnt have the same effect it they just kept slamming splash screens down for every emotion. They just focused on the action although I do agree it wouldve been nice but it doesnt flow with how they usually present emotions. I always tell people that when he was laughing he was actually at 100% ecstacy because that's not entirely clear

I don’t know if anyone else mentioned this but at the beginning of the season both Mob and Reigan fight this spirit that fights with plants and then gets rewarded with seeds. Reigan has Mob grow the tomato cherry seeds but they tasted bad. Then Reigan gave Mon broccoli seeds and that’s where all of the psychic energy went to, it grew a giant broccoli.
