Mob Vs Claws Boss Finale! Mob Psycho 100 2x11 2x12 2x13 REACTION/REVIEW 

One of the awesome things about this finale is that the nature of their fight was never really physical. Mob was never in any danger, at least until that one blast at 100% from Suzuki. He had the power to destroy Suzuki the whole time. But the struggle for him was holding back enough to be able to change Suzuki. When he realized he couldn't change him, that's when he said "screw it, if I can't help you, I'll turn you into a fucking pretzel". Mob is /strong/ and the only reason it looked like a real fight at all is because Suzuki thought he was winning. That being said, the real fight was in ideology. He was able to make Suzuki realize that he really was incomplete; if he wasn't strong enough to defeat Mob, then his identity of being "the strongest in the world" is shattered and he's left with nothing. He's empty, hollow as Mob says. I think the dynamic between Mob and Suzuki is similar to that of Mogami and Mob. Mogami was Mob's enemy, but their interactions changed Mob -- Mogami caused him to become more aware and appreciative of the people around him and the connections that he had made. Similarly, Mob's uninhibited kindness toward his enemy showed Suzuki that he truly lacked those connections that Mob enjoyed, or at the very least, it set him on the path to understanding. Also the fights were fuckin cool and Mob is a badass. I really love this show.

If you go back to the scene where Mob is absorbing the energy you can see his pocket glow green from the broccoli seeds activating.

The reason Mogami showed up in the squad is because it was all people who Mob attributes to him being able to change. He learned things from his interactions with all of those people, and that includes Mogami, for better or for worse

Mob would have died if those seeds weren’t there. Maybe the placement of the seeds, right in his heart, represent how his nature and morality is what saved him, and also the fact that reigen gave him the seeds also shows how he is a big role in how Mob became the person he is now

Reigen and Mob are the opposite of the president and Serizawa. Where the president uses Serizawa for his power alone and doesnt care about him as a person. Reigen while still using Mob actually does care and has taught him so many lessons. Phenomenal series well written and Studio Bones did their thing with the animation.

Guys, you need to watch the last episode twice because when I did i just witnessed how fcking thoughtfull this episode was, eventough it seemed so random. It actually all makes so much sense and it was just way too fast and confusing on the first glance! He went through all the emotional stages he experienced this season during the fight (you can tell by his eyes/hair/overall appearance) or the explosion/power from the Claws boss getting turned into life power (mob channeled the power into the broccoli (broccoli/mushroom cloud shape of the explosion) and it grew (life) just as the scars from the other guys and everyone else in range of the explosion healed due to mob manipulating the type of power discharge). There were so many little details that made this last episode actually so freaking good when you look at it afterwards... Mob Psycho is FIRE in terms of animation, plot, narration and presentation: 10/10! sry for my bad english, I'm from germany and too lazy to check for grammatical mistakes :D

I know I’m 2 years late, but I only just noticed that the plant member of the ultimate 5 was always immediately breaking down everything his opponents were doing, like they would have some really weird and unique powers, and he’d immediately be able to tell what the powers were, and how they worked, but then this man saw Mogami-san, and all he could say was “What the hell is that?!”

Well at least the prospect of a protagonist crying doesn't piss them off anymore.

I just finished mob psycho about a week ago and am so glad I found a genuinely good anime reaction channel. I know I'm late to your party, but i still really enjoyed watching y'alls reactions and speculations for this entire series. This is just a great show all around. And it really got me in my feelings, and tryna be a better person. Thank you guys for being so cool. All love. And I hope to be part of the on-time viewers when season 3 comes out.

y all please listen to me, I need to say that Mob didnt use much power like as huge as at Mogami's world. He still hold himself because Suzuki still a human. And I love Mob more and more because of that.

its impossible that midoriya can be like mob because mob is the strongest there is, so he said that he would take care of himself, midoriya cant do it because he is not the strongest of the "team". not even Bakugou or Todoroki can do it because there are villains that are impossible to beat for them, that's why they concentrate more on team work. I think it's a horrible comparison, if you want to compare mob, do it with saitama, goku, meliodas, etc ... (by the way, I like mob character better than midoriya, dont think I'm defending him ) :v

I'm glad Serizawa exists in the MP100 universe as another lesson. You're right, "he's exactly like Mob," except he didn't have someone to mentor and support him as Reigen did for Mob. As if we didn't already know how essential Reigen is in Mob's life, Seri's role in the story makes it as clear as day. [SPOILERS?] Also, as Mob grows more independent, figuring out what he wants to be, Serizawa provides company to Reigen. Finally, Reigen's circle of peers doesn't just include a bunch of middle schoolers.

I think what gets confused is that Mob’s 100% is his max power aside from “???”, which I pretty sure is a separate thing from Mob based on what Ritsu said in season 1 and what Mogami said episode 5 of this season. Mob’s 100% is just his emotional limit. After holding so much in his 100% is just what overflows which enhances his powers since his powers are based on emotions. Suzuki’s output percentage was showing his increasing power which is why he almost got to the point of exploding. Mob had only ever gotten to that point in episode five while he was fighting all those spirits in Minori’s head. Spirits Mogami said he wouldn’t have been able to control at that point. After that huge explosion (and incredible animation), Mob’s “vessel” is destroyed which only left “???”. I think that’s when he had used all of his power and destroyed himself like Suzuki nearly did after fighting Mob. It probably only feels like Mob is stronger after almost losing each fight because he realizes how much power he actually has to use. Before any of the Claw stuff and even his fight with Teru, Mob had never really fought another Esper. He never had to use much of his power to its full potential when exorcizing spirits and doesn’t really want to use it against people.

How I see it is... they aren't Midoriya's group... they're all U.A. students learning to be heroes and we've seen quite often that, in their universe, heroes have to work together. Even part of their license exam had to deal with working together in a crisis situation. It doesn't make sense for Midoriya to tell a fellow student to hang back, unless they are hurt and not thinking straight about the best move for them to make towards a shared goal. It makes sense for him to strategize and work with everyone to the best of their abilities. Just my opinion, though...

The cliffhanger in this case was a negative cliffhanger indeed, as Wilkins said, because the main antagonist is GONE. This feels like the problem's gone, but there are still loose story threads, like the cult, the girl Mob likes, and the such. Due to this, we know that the story can't be over. They even bring it up at the end. However, the big issue here is that we know the story isn't over, but the current situation is too happy. We, as the audience of the series, know that the story MUST go on, and for that to happen, the something NEEDS to go wrong. We're basically sitting in an arcade with our bros with fat stacks in our pockets, but we know there's a bomb somewhere in the town and we don't know where the hell it is, so we try and enjoy the current situation while wondering what the hell is going to blow up, are we gonna be okay, does this mean we won't get a happy ending by the end, etc.

This seasoned cemented Mob Psycho as one of the greatest of all time. Though I feel Mogami was a way better villian. His motives were understandable considering all the shit he went through and he helped Mob to grow the most. Suzuki is an asshole just cause.

The Berserk community is large and soak up any content related to it. Besides, Guts is my favorite anime character of all time. He reminds me of an anime version of Batman because he doesn't let being human stop him from achieving great things among impossible odds. It's why I like Escanor as well because he appreciates being human, even though he's obviously a little more than just human.
