Thank you for this video, I have a 90 year old old family friend who is on a very tight budget and doesn't have the money for a roofer to come out and fix the leak in the roof on her 1960s mobil home, very similar to the one you're repairing in this video. I'm gonna go fix it for her thanks to this product and your explanation of how to do it. Thanks again ...you rock dude!
A lifetime in florida has made me like Kool Seal, white, but you need to do it over(roller or mop) sometimes yearly. Black is a bad color in Florida. I like this tape though.
So we had very heavy rain how long should I have to wait after it rains tk climb on the roof?? Also, how can you really inspect for leakage while you’re on top of the roof? Aren’t you suppose to inspect in areas that have roof staining ?? I always hired people to do this but now I want to do this on my own
Mobile homes have a moisture barrier that makes it hard to find where the water is coming in until it’s more then just a new leak…it’s a rotted stud and truss etc….best way to stay on top of the leaks is to maintain any cracks u see starting…I have to do my roof every year cuz we have the extremes of all the seasons in the Midwest…and a ton of wind! I hate wind the most….lol
I am in Arkansas and need someone to re-tape the stacks and ridgeline on my 1997 Clayton. I am having an impossible time finding someone to get up there and do it. Can you recommend someone? Can anyone recommend someone?
