Awesome! it works but i've noticed that when i touch the right side the player starts shaking a bit.. and if my left finger stayed on the screen without moving ..the player moves weirdly and slowly

Solved this by using FixedUpdate to Move the Character instead of calling moveCharacter in Update()

Why only 2D? >.< I really want to adapt your script here for a 3D game but every time I try, as soon as I press the Joystick it goes to the bottom of the screen, no matter the direction I press it in. :( Edit: Also great tutorial, I learned a lot and this is good channel :D
