I'm just so jealous this isn't the culture in the UK, between RVs and Tiny Homes, I'm swapping channels back and fore to binge watch!.

We have the 2024 42 View. It has so many issues that the manufacturer didn't even know about. I wish they would swap it out or at least respond to a phone call to address our issues. 😭

I could live in that. I agree about this bar being better than wasting space on a booth. I’m of two minds about the backsplash. On the one hand, real subway tile would be great. On the other hand, it’s easy to swap out wallpaper if you don’t like the design.

It's really a nice little home. There's a real couch which can sit more than two people. There's a lot of room and plenty of light. So thanks for sharing and have a really nice day.

Great video. They almost made it perfect. If they rework the main bath and fit a duel vanity, a tile kitchen backsplash, move the main bedroom fireplace to the front facing the bed with a televator and hide the controls they would have best coach on the market!!!

We went to Arvada show and I have to say they are cheaply made with outrageous prices, I would never ever but one brand new ever. We would have to repair so much before we even go out on the road.

We are full timers while we are building a business and home. The fact that the bathroom is on the opposite side is just a deal breaker. Why isnt there a door into the small half bath from the master bedroom? Isnt it right next to the master bedroom? The master bedroom fireplace location is just ridiculous. So I like a lot of things about this rv. The outside jacks, placement of the tank valves, the heater, the couch, the nice stove and fridge are all wonderful. The inside needs to be rethought.

It's the only one I really like! I was surprised when they showed the back bdrm! I wasn't expecting it at all!!

Wow! Now, this is an RV I could live in. I had decided there was no lot affordable on the lake I wanted. There are tons of RV parks, but there are no lots to build a small house. Now, I am excited about my retirement.

So for the length of this unit as a permanent location unit, i would want additional jacks on that 44 feet. I also don't like seeing that front wall already dented and its brand new. Would make me concerned for the rest of the build quality.

I like it a lot but the bedrooms need TVs. I love the second fireplace in the master bedroom though. But a pop up tv at the foot of the bed would be nice. And a tv in each of the other two bedrooms. And that kitchen is awesome!! There is more countertop space in that kitchen than there is in my actual house kitchen!! I wouldn’t mind living in that RV full time, year round!

Second time I seen this model.... I love it. The only thing I would change is the fireplace position in the master bedroom and use a different toilet system for the smell (maybe a compost system) other than that, its beautiful. I would live in it, year round.

The kitchen probably has the same or more counter space than my house! And it has a pantry!

Thanks again as always for doing an excellent job Andrew! Im willing to bet that these units will sell very well. I personally didnt see anything that would make me not purchase this unit. Everyone has personal preferences on placement of bathrooms, bedrooms, fireplaces, etc. Im sure everything was thought out very well to keep costs in line. Ive seen a lot of junk over the years. Some that were half hearted and cheep. Its refreshing to see that the manufacturer does actually care!!! Thank you again to everyone involved in making this unit happen. ❤

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE THIS BEAUTIFUL RV!.. there are several changes I would make but what I’m not going to do is criticize the design but I would like to suggest several changes not insulting what has been changed already!.. again I love it!.. but a couple of small changes and it will b the MOST AWESOME CAMPER ON WHEELS!

This is definitely on the top of the destination list if we go that route. Im just happy there is a second toilet that makes things easier getting resdy for work and school in the am. Definitely needs a duel sink in the vanity, and personally i like the drawers in the island for pet bowels. I dont mind the fireplace in the bedroom cause i get cold easily and hubby gets hot this way one gets a fan other gets the extra warmth 😅. I love the wardrobe storage and the fact there is a mini dresser in the queen loft plus room in the first to add a lightweight dresser if needed there as well. Still missing a spot for bookshelves though 😔 but again thats a niche thing.

Sucks they could design a cantilever/slide lifting roof for The upper bedrooms to get headroom or standing height while parked.

I remember in 2007 when A 3-4 bedroom house on 1 acre cost this much. Insane what the feds and inflation has done to middle class and America. Insane.

Bathroom should've been in the bedroom not the kitchen and the firesplace by the bed needs to go.

I love this. I seen the 42 view. I wish the floor was different colors. I am looking at buying one. My kids are grown now and I need something different. I don't see the point in paying for rent or a mortgage anymore.

It's stupid to have to get out of bed to change the positioning. The water heater control would be fine as is since you'd be using it for the kitchen. The spiral stair case is nice As a full time RVer, I'd like to see a dishwasher. Even a dishwasher drawer would be great. I'd like to have the couch caving the tv be a recliner sofa, the other sofa could be the sofa bed. Tv in the bedroom would be nice. Again from the perspective from a full timer.

The master bedroom up front and the bathroom at the other side, so that you have to walk across all the nice windows (and back) for taking a shower / having showered and wanting to dress up?

A bumper pull that long and light….what a nightmare this would be to drive in cross wind. That is a lot of interior space for one furnace. Will take my 46’ fifth wheel any day.

I love that half bath but the bathroom in the back is great with a nice loft on top Thanks again Andrew a super show

The 1/2 bath needs to either be an en suite to the master, losing the fireplace in the bedroom, or get rid of it altogether and make it a true pantry. Also, the amount of closet space in the master is horrible. Almost forgot, I'd want a full height, 18" wide dishwasher. Otherwise it's pretty great.

I really don’t like a bathroom this close to my kitchen. The length is great but check when traveling because some places do not permit this size. It also limits where you can travel to, especially in your state campgrounds.😊

Happy belated Thanksgiving (from Canada). Hey Andrew, about that 2 pcs bath, so what if turnd the 2 pc to the master bed where the fire place and wardrobe could go at the foot of the bed. I realize some windows would be lost but in the bedroom there is plenty of light! In there though. I agree with you about the tile backsplash. Beautiful stove and crappy tiles. Forest River has the know how to also extend upwards once at the site . There Legacy has a man cave with drop down bed - well 4 hydraulic cylinders push the roof upwards. And they have the MC with a key activated safty feature. Anyway those lofts make no sense at all. Keep one as an attic the other a real bedroom! The couch makes up for lot space. Us boomers aren't running the show any longer the millennial are not going to buy anywhere near the way boomers buy. I just think all this material for lofts could be used better. It's a chance at being the first in North America to build incredible. They exist in Europe now CMC builds them they don't have to be that opulent but they could. Anyway love your channel Cheers Doug 😎 Time for industry to start selling what folks want.

I would love to see a small added unit that would be used for storage of dry goods, clothing and possibly a small freezer for full timers. Just park it beside the unit, kinda like a shed at a house. You could configure as needed without plumbing, but small enough to be pulled by a car or suv.

What are the interior color options for the home?

Loved the 42 view. Would rather a front kitchen then add the master in front of the full bath, put the bed up in the loft then make the “master” a walk in closet with the stair access just outside while also eliminating the front loft. Basically shifting the living and kitchen forward. I don’t need a second bathroom for just my lady and myself. The 44view is great for those who need the extra bathroom.

I’m interested in seeing how hot the RV will be during summer .. the master bedroom should be net to Master bedroom.. the second bedroom should have a smaller bathroom with washing n dryer outside of it not in main bedroom

Love the larger bed switch at the other end! Love everything on this and it’s okay that they added the half bath but I still can’t understand why not move or get rid of the bedroom fireplace!?? That does not seem safe at all!

How thick is the walls? The summers are BRUTAL in RVs.

All looks cool .... but the idea of making a toilet in the kitchen :))) is not a good idea at all :)) ... the solution for the room of the older model is a better idea by keeping everything bathroom and toilet in a room at the other end of the trailer , which does not disturb sleep if someone going in WC at night time :))) or if someone going there when I make food in day time :))) .. or I sleep in the big room below., I don't see any problem walking on top of another trailer to do my s....t there :))) , but now someone is doing it right next to the kitchen, which is not good. :)))) I can understand if it is a storage room for storing food and tools or extra big batteries more .

I think it’s very nice but needs a few changes. The backsplash should be real stone and the fireplace in the master has to be at the foot of the bed with a tv above it. It looks so weird on the side of the bed.

Where’s the ‘third’ bedroom??🤔. Do they mean the living room with a sofa that can be used as a bed? 😏 I have a 1/4 bathroom (ex-closet) right off my kitchen. The door opens directly from the kitchen. As long as people use Poo-Pourri or an odor eliminator spray we never had a problem with bad smells. There is a window, too. This RV is very nice with a great kitchen; although I would like the master bedroom with a higher ceiling. As a 72-year-old, I don’t believe I’d like to crawl to get into bed or to use the storage!!

I also liked the 75,000 price on a different video! Otherwise, my love is going to a like with his price.

We have very different definitions of a room. There are multiple places for people to sleep with mattresses. There are not three bedrooms.

Maybe one day we will get a call.

Make sink in half bath smaller so have room to get in an sit down.

What is the insulation value of the unit? I'd love to move that sink bar up against the wall so I could directly serve out the window. I think I would rather that 1/2 bath be a pantry. An upper and lower where this current pantry is so it's more counter space and doesn't make the stove so cubby feeling. I don't want anyone pooping right at the kitchen. :O Besides, I'm the only one tiny enough to even fit in it. You think with a park model mini splits could be adapted. Much more efficient than most any other heating and cooling unit. I prefer the loft the way the other ones are. I would primarily be using those for storage with totes. I'd like the bathroom sink on the left side and not up against the cabinet. I've seen other destination models that have a door in the bathroom instead of that window. I do wish they extend the shower walls up to the ceiling. The master I would like the fireplace at the foot of the bed and the bedroom is pretty lack luster. That dresser at the foot of the bed is extremely cheap looking. Some of these things I could change myself. I keep gravitating to this one. I think I can make the changes the way I want, including the mini splits. lol A medicine cabinet would also be installed.

I don't like this floor plan. The master bath needs to be beside of the Masterbedroom adjoining the MB. I love the size of Masterbath just move it beside the MB. Move the 1/2 bath to the end of the RV. Make it wider & put the washer & dryer in it. You need a closet for whoever is sleeping in the lofts & on the couches to have somewhere for their luggage/bags too. Nobody wants a bathroom right directly next to the kitchen so that they have to smell someone doing a number 2. That's just plain NASTY! You need ceiling fans in your MB & Living room area too. I don't like that swivel staircase either. Everyone will be running into it. Someone will end up in the hospital. I also didn't like the steps going in & out of the RV. I didn't see a TV in the MB either. I didn't like the fireplace in the MB being right beside the bed. If you gunna have one in there which I wouldn't. It needs to go on the front wall across from the bed. It will be done caused a FIRE where it is now. Whoever comes up with these floor plans seams like they don't use their heads/common sense. People/ Adults also needs to be able to at least sit up straight in the lofts. I would much rather have 2 full bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms one on each end of the RV. One KING & one QUEEN bedroom. Washer & Dryer needs to be in the 2nd bathroom or in the kitchen area. I would want it in the second full bathroom. But if it's in the kitchen are you ain't gunna have to worry about the washer/dryer waking anyone up or disturbing them while they are sleeping. I ain't never understood why they always put the W/D in the MB. That's just stupid!
