If you do not do international travel often, save your $$ and just do MPC - it's free! MPC (at participating airports) is still WAY faster than nothing, like 95% faster! I recently experienced this coming back from Bahamas!
So true!! If you have Global Entry, it's better. Passport Control will service Global Entry passengers before MPC passenger lane. Learn my lesson yesterday in DC. ☺️
@TheAdventureBuddies I have Global Entry, and I also had the MCP app. I completed the declaration on the app and uploaded my pictures, and then it said I should go to the MCP lane. I also went to the Global Entry to scan my face when I got to Passport Controls. There were two lanes. I decided to go to MCP lane instead of Global Entry. When I got to the front, the Passport Control was calling all the Global Entry passengers before they called MCP Lane passengers, and the Global Entry passengers came after me, too. About ten of them. And I'm like, "I should've gone to the Global Entry lane since I have Global Entry..." Somehow, I thought MCP was going to be faster, but it's only faster if you don't have Global Entry. The MCP lane is pretty much empty, but I still had to wait for GE passengers to go ahead first.
@@TheAdventureBuddies Hi. I think this reply is relatively recent comments, so I have a question. I'm a korean planned to trip to NYC in Sep or Oct. I have 2 questions!!! one is can I use MPC app? and second question is I'm a mild or moderate deaf, currently I'm wearing hearing aids both sides. Do I need a particular document proving that I'm a deaf or that proves I'm capable of communicating? In my country, I carry a card that shows I'm a handicapped. Is there such in the U.S? I'm searching like CBP and googling everything but I hardly can find much... Thanks in advance TheAdventureBuddies!! I subscribed!! :)
Great video! Btw, I'm not even a native English speaker, but I don't agree at all with the person who said you speak way too fast! You speak perfectly fine! (I would even say you purposely speak slow to make things clearer). Thanks a lot for the video
Yes, up to 12 profiles can be created for family members. All authorized MPC apps allow for a single household to submit one MPC transaction, including answers to CBP inspection-related questions.
We fill it out when we land. You’ll need your return flight number, so if you do it beforehand you’ll just need to make sure it’s updated with the correct return flight info.
@@TheAdventureBuddies If I understand correct, I can do it before I'm travelling and I have te make sure that I know my return flight number right ? The QR doesn't have any time of validation. Example If I travel from Europe I can do it before 1 day right ?
Does that mean you can get to USA or do they still have to check if you're eligible to come in. For example I have a minor misdemeanor 10 years ago what do you think
