To everybody that missed the point here: They don't care about the chip. The processor has underfill, wich can result in damage to the pads on the board when removed.Also, overheating the board can cause damage to neighbor components. This cnc process is done to reuse this board in a board swap. They will take the processor, nand, baseband, wifi and some other components from another phone that has a defective motherboard (water damage, broken in half, layer short, etc) and put on this clean one to either restore data or fix the phone.
this cpu is glued back with glue, if removed with a hot torch can lose the lead pins and cannot be restored, this is a good way but almost rarely used because iphone only damaged speakers or screen, board main is almost rarely broken

эх представляю сколько подобных плат ушло в мусор у того кто составлял код для чпу станка, по любому же изначально были неудачи пока не получилось сделать идеальный код для чпу станка.

1. Локальный нагрев - лучший способ запоганить плату. Именно для равномерного нагрева столики и нужны. 2. Нормальный помповый фен тоже ничего не перегревает - перегревает говно с незакрытыми спиралями. 3. Никакой фен не справится с некоторыми компаундами, на которые тут корпус и приклеен :)
@@user-js5ly5dl2w вы серьезно? 1) BGA пайку не убрать ЧПУ, греть паяльником и удалять остатки шаров все равно придется. И кстати водить паяльником по холодной плате равно повышенный риск получить вздутие многослойного текстолита. 2) Если ставить на это место новый чип, то все равно придется греть всю плату. Самое главное в этом вопросе - использовать качественное паяльное оборудование и следовать температурным режимам рекомендованным производителями комплектующих. Никакого недопустимого перегрева здесь быть не может. На плате нет электролитических конденсаторов. Более того, чип это не кусок пластика. Куда полетели все те остатки кремния и металлическая стружка? Вы уверены что не под BGA соседних микросхем? На видео показали просто чушь, а вы просто попытались придумать причину почему это не чушь.
