I also want to become improve my English like you because I also from village and I would like to tell you my schooling has not been good since childhood and I have completed my all type of education from government school or colleges . I also need much do it . Should I start teach English . Or first I should improve my English confidently I am little bit confused because I am going to start preparation for my dream job . I also like much to do help poor people. Actually there is no any teacher for teaching English confidently in my village. so now a days problem is that every students are very week their subject specially in English that's why I think we should do something for week students or people in our native place . well the thing you have written on that wall is not at all appreciable. hindi is not a at all taboo anywhere . rather you could have just written that please talk in english only . but using words such as taboo and being ashamed of any language is really shameful itself . i would ask you to change that as soon as possible.
