I think the issue is in marketing of company Customer don't know about this company Even company is providing 2 year warranty as compared to compititer 1 year So, i think customer not aware about brand they think its local brand low quality
not a good case to follow ,, both the interviewer and interviewee have problems ,, i think it is a waste of time. the interviewer is not able to challenge the candidate properly, and is agreeing to things while he shouldn't ,, the interviewee is not organized well and is not asking the right questions, and the case analysis is not really pointing out what is the problem and how to correct it properly mm they are mentioning things that are not core and not related sometimes so they are missing out on key guidance points .. and since this is a revenue problem ,, why did we even switch to discuss cost and figure out that there is a cost problem ,(even if this was a good switch what is the reason for this) ,, very very strange ..and overall where is the hypothesis !! so the whole case is strange
