My favourite series of this segment. So many legendary jokes. And I always think of Ed's 'Core two apples' joke when I'm preparing my kids' snack or see two apples in a bowl...or when someone's talking about how brilliant their iphone is for a bit too long.
The bald fancy guy is the kind of guy I’d like to have do an audiobook of various romance novels. His voice is perfect for it. And I’m not even joking, when I say that. I have a bit of a love for romance novels, lol. Especially cheesy ones like middle-aged single aunts in the late-80s to early-2000s would read while taking a candlelit bubble bath.
The only problem is that I think the US is too conservative with humor in a lot of ways like in a mainstream format. Like sure a lot of the jokes from MTW don't always hold up and sometimes border that line between funny and offensive but there's a different sense of what's off limits and not off limits in most of Europe compared to us here in the States
@@dark_neverland i agree. americans are a "stick in the mud" compared to EVERYWHERE else. we need to lighten up and stop taking offense to everything. this type of humor is what the entire world needs these days
Thanks for always piling these togetther. I like having a reason not to get out of my chair. at 420 in the afternoon, nudge nudge hint hint, when this is over at 530ish, it'll be time to order in.
He's referencing Star Trek, and how they teleport/beam down to the planets, in this instance they obviously didn't check the temperature on the planet and it was hot.
1:08:34 I believe Ahir flips off Ed as he is walking back from the mic. Why? back it up a minute and watch the two times Ed and Ahir approach the mic, at the same time and Ed just ignores Ahir and goes straight to the mic. Tell me I'm wrong.
Ed Byrne, Frankley Boyle, Hugh Dennis, Andy Parsons and so on, who else remembers when this show was must watch TV? Its a shame that right on, woke comedians and some really quite unfunny women guests killed this show. I miss Dara as well.
@@annnee6818 IKR? Especially as I said, it's free! $0!! Zilch! If my dumbass can click off things I'm not enjoying without commenting something about not liking it, anyone can!! Yet people still persist with doing it.
I bet you could not come up with any thing funny to say as quick as these guys this is not scripted or rehearsed pure of the cuff there are two types of people people who can and people who cant and you are definitely a cant
@@stephenswistchew7720 They are being handsomely paid to do this and it is being broadcast as a “funny show”. My skills as a comedian are irrelevant. As a funny show it is still not funny. Imagine going to a restaurant and complaining that the food is terrible and the chef comes out and states “well could you do any better?”. So that is your defence of an unfunny show is it?
