Meghan finds herself even lower in status and popularity as an actress than BEFORE meeting Harry. She really has blown a fabulous opportunity to expand her life and have a wonderful, secure family as she gets older. I suppose this is a tale of how the mental disorder of sociopathic narcissism will absolutely ruin a person’s life and ruin those near that person also. That is why one should RUN away from a narcissist.
Meghan Markle is the small town unpopular kid that made it big in the big city but she still had a chip on her shoulder and had to come running back to show everyone how big she made it, except that she fell on her face while doing it

@RoyalNewsNetwork I'm sure you would do award-winning productions if you had all that money invested in you, that the Harkles essentially THREW AWAY. I've often wondered WHY didn't they just hire talented, anonymous, content creators to write & produce FOR them? There are thousands of content creators who could have done "private label" media productions for the Harkles & they could both put THEIR names on it AND keep the lion's share of the money. Instead, they took an EXISTING production and slapped their names on it, and that farce was exposed. Everyone commented that the Harkles had NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. They could have hired a team & collaborated with them, if only they had ONE SMIDGEN of talent. Jessica Simpson made multi-millions from her fashion lines; anyone think SHE ALONE designs them? Nope. Harkles are dumb.
Yes, stupid is, as stupid does unfortunately. The worst part of this is, this has taken funding from those more deserving and it has made it that much harder for new talent to get a break. Netflix and other platforms will have to think twice or thrice before signing new talent.

She was a suitcase girl in Deal or No Deal. Allegedly she ran into loggerheads with Howie Mandel's wife, and that ended that. She also did some work for a production without having a Screen Actor's Guild card, labeling her with the union. That's probably why she went to Canada to find work.
I think Harry truly believes, based on the way he was raised, that lots of money just comes your way for no reason. And Meghan thinks she deserves it for no reason.

For me, the big issue to come out of the Golden Globes was why couldn't WME get the wife an invitation? Of course, A-listers don't want anything to do with her but she would have loved to have been there and if WME couldn't get her this gig, the question has to be have they dropped her?
I've lived around Hollywood my entire life some 50 odd years and I have never seen such a complete blackballing of people. They weren't invited on purpose but the suits cast were. They are sending a message to Harry and Meghan and it's not pretty. She thought her title would get her into hollywood, but here you have to pay your dues. I predict 2024 is going to see the brand implode completely. What will they do to try to hide their failure? Move back to UK? Get a second home in Africa and pretend to focus on philanthropy? Strap in, it’s going to be a bumpy ride.

I don't believe Markle "left" Hollywood. She left Toronto (and as a Canadian I just say Thank you ) , but I don't think she ever "made it" in Hollywood.
Meagain thought she can walk into Hollywood and “buy” any role she wanted, or movie scripts. I can imagine her, waking in the CEO’s office with her nose in the air (like she did in that horrible red dress) and buy the lead roles above hard working actors in the business .
The Netflix CEO was funny. His response was laughing......I did not think he or his table acted as though they were uncomfortable. As a matter of fact, his shoulders were goingup and down along with his closed mouth laughing and smiling. I loved it. Hardly uncomfortable.
I agree with everything you've said here. Also, I can't think of a single reason why Meghan Markle would have turned down being at the Grammys. If she did, she's really dumb. Otherwise, she was not invited. Either scenario isn't good.

I didn't have any idea what Harry was supposed to be doing. But he was raised to be a Royal, and he was fairly good at it. I never watched Suits. But I watch some other videos of other celebrities. I didn't know that Ron Howard's daughter was directing, but Hello, she has access to an excellent director for advice. I mean, Taylor Swift writes her own music, lyrics, and she has been directing her own videos, she has been doing voice work, acting, and she decided to do a movie of her Eras tour. She is making money, but she is also donating millions. So, she is the definition of a celebrity philanthropist.

Andrew also didn't throw the rest of his family under the bus and try to blame the Firm for his own poor judgement. I'm not a huge fan of Andrew, but he's still been unflappably loyal to the rest of the Royal family.
It was the Netflix CEO's face after the joke that really got to me. He basically admitted that it was all true for the world to see. I wouldn't be surprised if H&M "mutually agree to part ways" with Netflix in the coming days...

I watched an older movie that Meg was in. It was impressive that she acted the character well, simply because she didn't need to act and could be herself!! Her co-star was a bit more creative in her part.
Brittany, awesome video! So glad you were able to get it up and your valuable time was not wasted. M has been talking about doing a memoir for the last couple of years. (Sometimes I felt that she said it just for the RF to be fearful of what she may say). Some reports are saying that she was told that if she wants to do a memoir that she would have to send in about three chapters first to see if it is something they would want to pursue with her in doing and she is not happy about that. I think you are right in these companies like Spotify and Netflix have over paid for H&M and now other companies are taking note and not just going to pay elaborate amounts of money to her for things. I think if she had done a memoir after leaving the RF then I think she would have had no problem getting the deal before having to see some of the work before hand. M’s PR has put out that she didn’t attend the Golden Globe awards due to a previous engagement. I just don’t buy it! She has gone to all of these other awards that some people have never even heard. I think if she really was able to be there then she would have cancelled this other engagement. I think she wasn’t invited/wanted/allowed so she came up with an excuse. I have heard conflicting reports that WME has quietly dropped her. I wish we could get some confirmation on if that was true or not.
When Harry and M said they wanted to be self-supporting, I thought about the Edinburghs. Edward co-owned a production company and did work. He failed mainly because of his title. Sophie worked in PR. So when H & M made their announcement, I was thinking along those lines & thought “Good for them!” Boy was I wrong! Lol
A lot of us cheered and supported them, even if we had doubts. It's just awful to see those doubts played out to the extreme. It's their own doing though, so now we sit back and grab the popcorn.
They didn't even get a couple of good things with them. The Netflix miniseries was terrible too. It was all lies and complaining. They have no talent or skills.

How cool would it have been if they had done a series of hometown heroes. Stories of people in small towns, who overcame big obstacles and succeeded in life
We have a great series here in Canada called Still Standing. A comedian tours Canadian towns that have hit on hard times and learns about the people and works with them. At the end of his stay, he puts on a fundraiser comedy show to benefit the community. It's a wonderful, knowledgeable and heartwarming series. There's episodes available on RU-vid. However, you have to be an empathetic person to do that series. That leaves the Carparkles out.
That would have been a better way to present the Invictus doco and it would have allowed for future installments, but they're in too big a hurry to get work out of the way so they can go back to their leisure activities
