Aircarft is moving at an altitude we know the back pressure (pressure at that altitude) as per you said. But my understanding is that this pressure at that altitude will be the stagnation pressure Po isn't that? Correct me if I am wrong. And what will be the stagnation pressure in that case ?
hi. stagnation pressure, in this case, is the pressure in the combustion chamber of the engine. back pressure is the atmospheric pressure, which is the pressure of the surroundings. hope this helps you.
