Here's how to mod your old 2DS in just 6 minutes. This guide shows you how to get custom firmware on your console. This is only for the OLD 2DS console and 11.17.0-50U firmware.

Yes you can, it just means that you're on Europe server. Follow it but just select Europe files when doing it

I checked the 3ds hacks guide and it says that the mset-9 exploit( The one you used) is compatible with old 3ds ,old 3ds xl and 2ds on 11.17 firmware in Europe, usa and Japan region. so you need to change the heading of the video and the description of the video.
