Hello Justin...I did my blower swap July 4th weekend back in 2010...unfortunately I had no one to help me..I might say it was a chore..and installed a new Borla exhaust plus the rest of the supporting mods...those pesky 7 mm bolts that hold the inter cooler to the blower are installed with red lock tight...and if you don’t heat them...they will likely break...I broke 2...not fun...but fixed it myself..still have the 03 Cobra...35,000 mi..runs like a top..cams...gears..20 psi...640 rwhp..all the good stuff...great cars..will never sell..keep up the awesome vids...Paul.

Don't worry about that lol. Danny makes very sure I dont even rest my foot against his cobras tire when we are working in his garage. We were both very careful for the main reason of being delicate to the blower and intercooler.
We almost did on my friends black Mach 1. I know it needs a different driveshaft because of the length of the T56 the cobra has and a few other modifications
I think you can switch the yoke but most people just get the used cobra driveshaft or trade it all to someone who has a cobra and wants to trade for a solid axle
Ahh yes...also it’s much easier if you remove the hood...poor coolant pipe...I still don’t know how I did all that work by myself....wish you guys were not so far from Ohio..hmmmm...road trip..???
Awesome progress. Could you post some pics on instagram or send them to me on there of how much you had to pound in the cross over tube and where on the tube it was? This is something I'll have to do eventually when I get a VMP unless the Gen 3R found away around this issue. I have a general idea of how to do it from their channel but more references the better.
Sure thing. I know that cobra engineering is also working on a crossover delete as well that I was considering. I just don't like the way the new hoses wrap and I think there are some odd modifications too.
Have you seen G5 whipples with a stock crossover? Everyone runs crossover deletes now. Small price to pay. I’d rather clearance a crossover than have to get a cowl hood which was the other option they had to decide against
