nice tut, at 16:00 you can do it non destructive by rotating the plaine on Y. I can't find the "Weld" modifier :( (Blender 3.1)

Hello, I am doing a project on a 3D printed boat on which I need a hatch that can be movable. And I am thinking of using this hinge on your video. Can be that hinge movable if I 3D printed the pin and the hinge apart. If not, what can I do. Thanks for the answer, ML

Nice walkthrough, design wise though I would suggest anyone who is into sci fi stuff avoids really obvious 45 degree angles.

@@CGSeb-scifi Personally I feel like Its a sign of an ameteur designer. Bevels are made at 45 degrees by your software of choice and most people just leave those as they are without much thought or care. 45 degree angles have their place but they are not very interesting to look at especially in modern scifi. I suggest checking out Alex Senechals video "Common sci-fi mistakes", there are a lot of great tips there to push your sci-fi design.
