We loved Brandi for her vitality. She was spontaneous and full of life. Her exotic look made her of the moment, for a moment. But in an industry that is always churning for new fresh faces she, like many others, was pushed aside for the next “it” girl. But we all remember Brandi’s vivacity and strut. Perfectly charming in every way.
@@hooajo sadly she got abused by Jean Luc Brunel he forced her to take drugs etc. It’s Not her fault poor girl was only 16 when she was living with him
Wow! I bet she was stunning in person. She is so gorgeous. I loved her in the '90s! I met Kate Moss in 1995 and she was beautiful and gorgeous in person.
Ebony Fashion Fair Shows, should have hired her in 1990s towards the 2000s. She would have been more suited for their shows, during those years. They, were known, during that time for their over the top Fashion Shows.
Her walk in the 90's wasn't for video... her walk was for the cameras, since in the 90's the main platform was magazine she was posing and doing it amazing, every time you pause the video you get a picture that can be published in a magazine. That was her way of work she worked for magazines not for videos since video platforms didn't exist. Now in her recent shows she walk for the clients that are watching the show.
She grew on me i luv her. She is a cutie pie. So young and upbeat. She was one of the best. Much more beautiful than Naomi C, Linda E. and Christy T. She is more feminine.
Tatjana Patitz, Veronica Webb, Brandi, Karen Mulder and Yasmeen Ghauri are so much more beautiful to me even though I've always had a soft spot for Linda and Naomi.
I don't... I know what she looks like. I would see her at the background on some other model's interview or footage of her backstage and on the runway. :(
@@xana5649 People loved her walk it was fun and vibrant. The models that laughed were jelly of her youth and high vibration. Their vibration very low and dull. Brandi is simply one of the most bella girls Ive ever laidy eyes on.
Uh that’s how most people become models, they train you and then you learn how to walk. She had only been doing it for a year there could’ve been room to improve.
@@xana5649 you seem obsessed with her. She is the one that got to do runway shows for the most famous designers in the world and not you. Quit being a hater. 🙄
She has made a come back. She tried once in 2009, walking for Givenchy, but since 2017, she has been quite active. She walked for Marchesa, Tommy Hilfiger, Vaquera, Willy Chavarria, Marine Serre, and has been in the covers of L'Officiel, Fantasy Dress Up, Jute magazines, as well as in the ad campaigns for Desigual, Ssence, Land Lord, Christopher John Rogers, Harrods, and, also she has done some editorials. She reunited with Naomi and Claudia, attending the last Karl Lagerfeld show for Chanel.
@ Anne - Did you get this "extra" when Jerry O'Connell was hosting Wendy Williams Show last week?? :D YES!! Brandy is super extra... she is known for her over the top exaggerated hip sway.
I said the same thing too,but the Designers booked her for shows. So,what the heck do I know, they obviously liked her signature walk. Nowadays, maybe I would prefer her walk over the 21st Century Zombie Stare Walk walking down the Fashion Isles.
Last Days Back then designers liked to hire models who walked with a personality now designers just hire models with no personality at all and it shows in their zombie walk.
