My current dream profession is to be an English teacher in Japan, but modeling is something that I would love as a unique hobby. Hey Laura, thank you for your video. I'm in Japan and did some research about modeling agencies here but all of them have age limits. the maximum age was 28 but I'm 30 years old. can you introduce me some agencies that girls with my age can apply to?
You said 1,6,4 ... and my American brain said in my own head ... “6’ foot 4” inches tall” That is total run way height. Then I remembered you said you were 5’ 4” .... in the past and realized that 164 is centimeters! So 5’ 4 or 5’ 5 sounds more correct lol. Haha dam that was a serious rabbit hole lmbo!

Hi! I’m 21 and have always wanted to give modeling a shot but I have two tattoos, one on my neck and one by my hip. I’d be fine removing them if an agency asked, but I wouldn’t want to remove them and then not be able to sign to an agency. Do you think going in to an agency with tattoos would be an immediate no in america? Should I cover them with foundation or would that be seen as deceitful? (I would like to eventually get to Japan with modeling even if it’s just to try it for a bit, but know I’d need to get into it I’m my own country first)
Yeah of course most models get secretly surgery or their agency makes them get surgery. Besides that you don't have to tell your agency that u got surgery if they don't allow it. You r free to do whatever u want. Good luck.
