There is also theory that says that when wages decline production cost decrease that leads to increase in production

Also at 9:00, the increase in supply is shown as left shift in the supply curve. Increase in supply shifts the supply curve to right. Left shift is reasonable if the logic is that due to increase in price level the cost move upwards hence the supply curve shifts to left and it is the case of decrease in aggregate supply not the increase in aggregate supply.
