The Aerobee is one of my favorites. This is great to see you doing one. Sounding rockets are the best to do.I like how you did the Boat Tail. Are you going to do a Part Two?
@@JohnLCoker No,you did a great tutorial .I thought maybe if you assemble it you may show the finished rocket. The Aerobee series were a great mile stone in rocket design and research. I have 3 in Mid Power 29mm and 2 in 18mm. It is a cool looking rocket. I hope you get to fly it.
@@JohnLCoker Planning anymore videos? I was thinking, does everything have to be epoxy? Why not build a rocket with screws holding everything together (at least most of it)? Just a thought/challenge to see it done.
3D printing works well. The forces on model rockets typically don't exceed what can be printed easily. PLA can warp due to heat (such as being left in a hot car), but seems to be strong enough to survive flight and landing.
