@@emjay0507 OpenBridge only builds smart solids for al bridge components, as decks, beams, columns, abutments, footings, piles, barriers, but it has not the technology, included in the itl files, to design the parametric components and points you have seen in the video.
Well, it's been a long time since I posted this video, but I would say that it would work for skewed culverts as well. The control baseline for the linear template is the back of the wall where it intersects with the proposed roadway fill slope. It does not have to be parallel with the roadway alignment.
