I think you will be a big travel vloggers along with your girlfriend. Go and look over the travel couple vlogger and see how they grow their channel overnight just travelling around the Philippine beaches and trying Filipino food.

You can't increase height it runs in your genes (family) . All you need is to take some supplements to support height growth. That's if you are still growing .

Hahahaha heyyy yeah I’m eating almost entirely plant based as much as I can now... I am still not hardcore vegetarian, so should I come across an amazing steak or something I will still eat it 😂🤤 But when I’m cooking at home I do it without meat 😌 I will be making a video about the whole thing, as to why, how I am doing and my general experience with it so far. Let me know if there’s anything else that you think would be interesting 😊 I also did a blood test recently to see if I have some deficiencies after my first few months of being vegetarian 😉
@@TimTTravels I'm a lacto-vegetarian myself. But vegan is completely different thing. Going vegan needs either supplements or fortified food. Earlier there were lack of study about vitamins (there still is) present in plants. So, there were news that going vegan can be harmful but recent study shows that certain minerals and vitamins that were thought to be absent in plants are actually present in different forms. So, just make sure you carefully plan your diet and add supplements accordingly. Also, Asian food have never ending options of vegetarian food, you will not get bored eating it. P.S.- I'm hardcore lacto-vegetarian since I was 7 (2007). I decided it myself and I clearly remember how my family tried hard to make me eat meat and eggs because I was a very lean kid then. Because of them trying so hard and me suspecting them, I stopped eating outdoor things including fast food( normally meat is not cooked at ~50% Homes in northern India). I am still a very selective eater. My brothers both 2.5 year older are still non veg but don't eat meat often.
