Hi there, I am happy you liked the video, you can use moving loads (the load case, not + or -) as a normal combination in (manual combinations) that is totally fine.
Hello, Would you prepare a session about applying thermal loads on a steel structure using RSA, and explain the way we calculate the thermal loads using Eurocode? Thank you a lot
I will keep that in mind. I still am a little bit overstretched with multiple video series I have on this channel, but I will definitely keep this suggestion tabbed.
Depends on the crane itself. Usually cranes are considered live loads (because they are of moving nature). I do not see why you would need to have dead loads for the crane. Even if the crane "crab element" does have a "self weight", as strange as it sounds, since the crane is moving on the beam, this self weight is treated as live load. If I misunderstood your question, feel free to clarify. Regards, CEE
@@BA-gp7sr i had this issue myself, according to an autodesk forum you need to go to Tools -> Customize menus -> loads/special loads, and then you need to activate " moving loads", you'll know it's activated if it's turned green
