MODERATE RISK! EAS #82 - #85 

A regional severe weather outbreak was in store for the central and southern Appalachians.
Originally, the Storm Prediction Center issued an Enhanced risk of severe weather, but later upgraded it to a wind and tornado-driven Moderate risk.
