Good design and very nice aesthetics BUT I noticed that occupants of the 4 bedrooms have to pass thru the living, dining, kitchen and maid's room to get to the pool area. The first solution I see is to move the master Walk-in Closet to the master balcony. The former master WIC will now be a direct hallway for everybody to access the pool area. Just a suggestion... thanks!

Was thinking the same. But I'd have the hallway (leading to the pool) in bedroom 3's side. Because since some of them will be showering in and out of the pool, so they should pass the maid's bathroom first (I'd turn it into a restroom tho).

In your plan did you include all room length? Want to get the plan but I need to know if the room dimensions are included. The sitting room is really small - could be something 9m by 7m.

The working drawings (fully dimensioned plans, elevations door and window schedules etc) are there and there is the fully editable option if you need that. The sitting room is 6m x 4m. With the editable option you can make it bigger if you wish.
