I'm actually really curious how many months Sal was hoping to get in before the baby arrived. Was she hoping the baby would be two months late, and then try to pass it off as a premature delivery? I'm fascinated by her scheme here.
Same. I don't know what was her plan. But I also think that dude wasn't that smart. I mean, she had the baby after four months together which means that they met during her second trimester. By that time you could probably see that she was pregnant.
@@marielaausherthe dude did seem to figure it out. Because when Sal come back a few season later she's a single mother. I thunk the writer were hesitant to actually go all the way with the " baby trap" storyline.

I really like how Sal was willing to suffer through childbirth so two of her greatest friends could get married. That's a friend there, regardless of her other...habits
@roshnialam5385 To be clear, this isn't said on the episode. Sal actually never even mentioned this guy. I am guessing they realize that a baby trapping storyline played for laughs was in bad taste, so they glossed over it to the point of not even wanting to bring attention to it. Sal wasn't really a huge character and actually wasn't well liked by fans. So, I guess they weren't really to worried about keeping her character storyline consistent.
I feel like the older she gets, the more Lily realizes it's not worth going into arguments with Sal, because she could destroy her if she wanted to now.
