Fascinating! The people who though of these machines are amazing. The people who actually created these machines are even more amazing! The people who built these machines are craftsmen and women!!!
Why does it matter when he's getting paid millions a year? He can do that all he wants with our tax money being wasted by President Trump AND Obama. You should be concerned that other human beings have access to the food we eat which is most likely the reason for such high death rates for people over 85.. .
It has a lot to do with who is making things and where. It’s not the same a food processing plant in Nigeria than one in Sweden. It’s not the same a food processing plant in China that produces something to be consumed domestically than if it’s going to export it to Germany or Mexico or Sudan. It has a lot to do with who is selling and who is buying. Quality control.
For maintenance, they hire a team of engineers and mechanics for that. They make sure everything is sanitized and running smoothly. For quality control, there's an "acceptable" number of insect parts. You can't prevent it 100% no matter what your process is. The most anyone can do is reduce the impurities. Bad batches that don't pass inspection are discarded.
Yes and he could also touch His face with gloves. They observed that people who wear gloves often do not pay as much attention to hygiene. Many big food producing companies do mot use gloves but the people working there have to disinfect their hands every time they come into the rooms
These machines save a lot of labour costs which will be incurred by the consumer eventually, so unless you want to pay a lot more of what you’re paying currently then..
@@s_mai8970 in Europe thats actually quite common for some types of meat, in france they have beef tartar, which is raw beef and in Germany (and i think czechia aswell) they eat Mett which is raw pork... those things have very strict standards though and should be eaten the same day they were bought
It's kinda the same "fresh unprocessed foods" are touched by lots of people when they transport them and all that process and they don't have exactly clean hands or wear gloves, plus all the people who touched the food when they are choosing it before you.
@@melanieperez4615 Dear, stills similar, there are lots of people who touched the food before of you, they can have poop, saliva or whatever in their hands, just the supermarket cars are one of the things with most bacterias.
Also I love how the people handling vegetables have gloves but not the people palming raw meat A tomato is defined as a fruit but it’s still a vegetable in my book
It wasn’t anything to fancy that they spoke about they were talking about their machines and workers. I speak Italian, Spanish, English and sign language that’s how I know what they said.
Muito interessante o processo da Empresa Sica do acondicionamento dos tomates sem pele, minha observação é porque nas esteiras os funcionários não utilizam máscara??? Tanto mecanismo auto suficiente e a mão de obra humana não estão bem protegidas.
Maren Huwald actually no. I work at blue bunny ice cream plant and our pay is from $18-27 dollars in production depending on what you do. It’s really good money and super easy.
@@vucrew6096 Are you for real!! Please do me a favour and search for 'pathogens carried by flies' or similar keywords on your search engine. Go to as many links as you want -especially ones that seem more credible (maybe WHO or some well established research institutes). I hope that dispels your misconceptions.
@@vucrew6096 I'm wondering why am I even bothering if you are bent on remaining blind to the dangers of having flies around people - especially their food. First off - our digestive track is not the only way pathogens enter and infect us. They may enter through our nose, eyes and other orifices too. Secondly you said they wash "them". What exactly do they wash? I hope your'e not saying that they wash the flies. Moreover, washing alone does not make surfaces sterile. You point out it is just one fly - there is no way of ascertaining that there weren't other pests in the facility. If one found its way inside, others may very well follow. Agreed that fewer numbers brings the probability down but that one fly can deliver thousands of pathogens directly onto the food or its wrapping and from there into our systems thus endangering us. The possibility of such a chain of events happening makes the presence of pests in a food factory unacceptable - no matter what you have to say about it.
Now that you know how ice cream is made in factories you can also know it’s history by clicking on this link below👇🏻 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-FvGU4AXjxW4.html

Soooo a lot of comments about machines replacing people... these things don’t invent and maintain themselves. The calculator didn’t replace mathematicians. It aloud them to do their jobs more quickly and efficiently plus gave jobs to the people creating them.
