Beautiful Tri Pointe home. They did a good job making the most of that small backyard. The pantry was appalling for the size of this home. I also love the windows throughout the home. You are right in making the office downstairs as another bedroom and 3/4 bathroom. I love the exterior of the home and rails going upstairs.

Lovely home and yes sink! Sometimes you need to pre-soak clothes or pre-wash really soiled items before popping in washer. AND I luv when you're like, yes this is an upgrade folks LoL LoL 😄

If you have a messy child or one who him/ her has some artistic interest , you definitely need a sink in the laundry. Or someone has a habit of wetting the bed.

Chakits, I love ur style of selling new houses simple but direct to the point...yes we need a sink in the laundry room if u want to scrub off deep stains in ur clothes... love the style of pieces of furniture here, with that price does it include those furniture except the fridge? just asking... this modern home has an intricate delicate style 10/10...price is fair
