really? that design is superb for you? haha patawa ka archie. ang daming nasayang na space, hindi na maximize esp ung view and it looks congested even if the house is big. grabe nasasayangan tlga ako dito.
Maganda ang exterior ng house kaso sa loob medyo nakulangan ako sa sala maliit. Sana kumuha pa ng konting space sa bawat side ng bahay since malaki and spacious pa naman ang space sa labas. Pag open mo ng pinto masisilip na agad ang dining, halos magkakadikit na ang living room, dining, and kitchen. Masikip. Mas malaki pa ang space ng garden kesa sa sala. Pinaka-importante sa bahay is malaki ang space ng sala since receving area yun. Then yung dining area. Pag sampu ang bisita mo masikip na talaga siya what more pag may occasion, but then of course pwede sila sa labas, huwag lang sana umulan.😅 Then billiard malapit sa mga salamin..😅 I just hope yung maglalaro ng billiard hindi nagpapatalon ng bola.😂 Konting aral pa sa nag interior ng house na to.
Same POV. Mas napagtuunan ng pansin ang garden kesa sala. Sayang, main receiving area pa naman ang sala tapos ang liit. Sabagay pwede naman tumambay ang mga bisita sa garage kasi malaki din ang space. Kung ako din ang magkakaron ng bahay na ganito, base sa mga nakikita ko sa ibang bansa, sala, dining, kitchen and rooms dapat ang may malalaking space. Ayoko ng masikip na sala lalo pag maraming bisita.
@@Muimui005 Yes ma’am/Sir. Iba po talaga pag malaki ang receiving area, maaliwas sa paningin at hindi magsisiksikan lalo pag may mga occasions. But as i’ve said earlier, you can use the garden for the visitors huwag lang rainy season or better may maganda kang pergola. Imagine kung 10 to 15 visitors ang meron ka then ang receiving area mo ganyan kaliit, what more pag big occasions? Nasayangan lang ako sa ibang space ng bahay hindi na-maximize ng mabuti. Pag open ng door 5 steps lang yata sofa na, then 3 steps dining na then 4 steps kitchen na.😅 Kaya dapat talaga magaling ang architect at interior na kukunin.
Indeed! As an interior designer, the living room is the most crucial/important space in any home. It should be spacious enough to accommodate visitors.
Problema sa Pinas mostly houses they show in the Philippines never tell you the price. Im sure the realtor already know the price and they can always jack up the price to the buyers especially if you are a foreigner or a balikbayan.
@@Hazelgrc, kung ganon ... dapat lang sabihing ang price, laki ng bahay at lot. Gaya ko nag hahanap talaga ako ng retirement home pag uwi ko diyan da Pinas... pero ayaw nilang sabihin ang complete details ay RED FLAG na sa akin. Ayow kong MBUDOL at ayaw ko rin SAYANGIN ang oras ko.
Gusto ko yung overall design. The living area is fine and ayoko madaming bisita kaya nga sa Baguio titira for the peace & quiet. And the entertainment area with the billiards table is one of the best features of the house.
It's so annoying and disappointing to watch realty videos in the Philippines without the selling price. In the entire US, all realty houses for sale price is transparently listed on magazines, newspapers, videos and other media access. What a waste of time watching these videos in the Philippines, prospective buyers have to call the realtor just to ask in reference to the selling price.
The house is lovely ... the billiard pool is too big for the family room. Best to place it away from the glass railing for safety. As for the presenter, you need to be more snappy and on point with your delivery. Your voice is good for voice over poem delivery but not for real estate video tour. Still, the house/home design is lovely both structurally and aesthetically.
As an interior designer, the yard should be no larger than the living room. Because the reception area is typically where visitors arrive and is the most important place in any home.
