I love this layout. 1 the foyer 2 the common balcony 3 big backyard But I'd rather have a garden than swimming pool. The tv console can be movable from living area to dining area.
I hope you can create some designs for a 250sqm lot (2 storey house, with roof deck where we can do our laundry). Also, with a bigger kitchen and a center island, play room for the kids, an office room, 3 bedrooms (master bedroom included) and lastly without a without a pool (I think it's better to convert this to a garden since plants are very in demand nowadays. And I think this is a perfect design for a family.

I like the idea where the stairs were put on the right side with big windows on it. Can you make a design with loft instead but the stairs is on right side? With 1 bedroom, t&b, kitchen,living room in groundfloor and 1bedroom, masterbedroom with t&b and wic, balcony in 2nd floor? Thank you.

Hi, pwede po magrequest? 3BR version ng design na ito? bale yung 1BR na tabi ng Masters BR gagawing rear balcony na pwedeng tambayan, kapehan, magrelax or pwedeng gawing workout area. Tapos yung balcony sa harap e medyo palalakihin na pwedeng kapehan din. Tapos yung T&B sa 2F e ilalagay na sya dun sa BR2. Yung 1F is no change. Pero gagawing 2 car garage. Hello. The material used in the carport roof could be glass/solid polycarbonate. Both are commonly used for carport roofing especially here in the Philippines. It protects the car from the sun and rain while allowing light to brighten up the place. This does not "roast" the cars. I mean, when you drive a car on the road in a sunny afternoon, do you put a huge umbrella above it so that it won't roast? No, right? I hope I'm able to help you. 😊
The glass or polycarbonate roof can be made to reduce sunlight exposure or UV resistant, there are clear glasses with 50-70% reduction etc. We also use this kind of roofing for car parking area in Indonesia. Maybe you don't live in the tropics that this kind of building material is not familiar to you.
