There's a second option of the balcony on the lower corner, tap the wall you want to change.

For the balcony, there's a two-option option when you're installing it. The first is to move the balcony; the second is to change the sides of the balcony. You can see this button on the lower right side of your screen when you click the balcony.

You can't put any TV on a table. You can only put it on a TV stand or on the floor.
