Congrats on your own place Paul. Best features: natural light, unobstructed views (even if partial) + open concept floor plan. Things u can NOT change like layout, views, window placement, etc. are MORE important than material items

PAUL PLEASE READ!! The lowest you can list something at on Poshmark is $3 because for items less than 15 you’re charged $3 for fees so if you lost at $3 they get all that money. They won’t do $1 because they want to make $3 at the least on every transaction. I sell on there daily! Just a heads up man.
