Im glad you liked the attack guys, I know I had to involve myself in order to keep the battle flowing, but yeah, the bridge was an issue to the Russians. Id say thats the reason the Ukrainians could hold them back.
These would be much better if you didn't DIRECTLY ALTER the battle when it doesn't go your way. If a unit get knocked over and it blocks a path, find a way around it. If a unit is getting a lot of kills on the enemy don't move them or stop them from firing it completely kills the atmosphere when a magic god player comes in and makes that unit disappear out of nowhere.
Promachos Athena i had trouble with a custome fight i made once i had the d-day ohama beach map i used germans and englishetc and the entire battle were misses from both sides
I like this type of video better where you skip right to where all the troops are deployed and all the vehicles are setup and let it play out for the most part without interaction. For the bridge you had to intervene, but for any other type of battle, instead of spawning in more reinforcements, just have them all in position ready on your command.
Waiting all day for this :) Thank you mate. Great job. (I think the helmets, and equipment from dead infantrymen on the bridge screwed up tank physics) I saw some Baracks behind, some reinforcements for Ukrainians as well as artilery should be available from there. Its an ambush after all ;) And good deployment of troops, realistic Ukrainian doctrine, with "AT" dug in Tanks.

i like how you just stareted of with the battle. much beyyer. you should make the defending foce have more mixed forces. like have some gemrnas and british trops involved

He's using the cold war mod, the original game is set in WW2 in all theatres, the Men of War series is a brilliant set of RTS WW2 games, I'd get the German Soldiers Mod to get most out of the WW2 era adding many new vehicles and new factions. i'd also recommend Sir Hinkels Skirmish Maps mod, they're brllliant with friends, you really have to work together.
Loved it. I love all of the men of war videos I have a few ideas for a battle or two. One is American delta force is air dropped in to rescue Ukraine soldiers from Russian territory or a US convoy of Bradley's and armed humvees enters and secures a town and fights off an attack from Russian special forces. I know you might not read this but if you do please consider one of theses options. Also MORE OF THESES!

I think that you should use soldiers such as snipers for the Ukrainians as it would be more realistic, their advantage would be local area knowledge so you should try and portray that!:) awesome video as always!
When i play a mission in editor i wish to control both teams but it only lets me control team 0 but in Diplexis video he can swap and i dont know how PLZ HELP
Diplex please listen make the armies then goto a team there not on and just watch without altering/commanding anything then if you want add more guys after battle as reinforcements thenngo back to just watching and talking
next time fill the hole map with soldiers in good positions in the town and have the helicopters fight by themselves and watch the magic unfold that would be cool, you have relatively small fights and i dont know if your computer would be able to handle a large scale battle but it would be cool!!
It was awesome but you shouldnt have moved the tank wreckage that was stopping the advance, and also you shouldnt have moved the other t90 right towards the ucranian flank when it rushed their position the battle could have easily finished and its not fair to lose the battle cause a tank teleported out of the well set up death trap of the bridge. Im glad they won anyway but you should be carefull with that things, after all wasnt it the idea to stop the tanks in the bridge?
if u could create a custom battle between russia and Ukraine where the Ukrainian s are defending a town or a strategic field with dug in position s tanks and some american support like how u do robs realism mod like just take a few hours to set up the defense and attackers that would be a sick video yewah sorry I know it an old mod but it still looks badass
Im sure its been mentioned but the guys that in earlier episodes u wernt sure if those skins u were useing were ukranians but if you look at the portraits they have the ukranian flag in the backround
ive never played the men of war games so i was wondering is this all just the mod or the ability to just place troops anywhere on a map part of the base game.
