Might be a dumb question but could i do this with a wig? was it a wig you used for this demonstration, i'm not sure which on get so i can cut it, any recomendations.

Thank you for your question! This is actually a great haircut to do on a mannequin but also a wig as the style works best on a slightly coarser hair texture. We use a company called L'image based in Germany but Pivot Point is also a great brand for mannequins. We don't work with any wig companies directly so suggest you reach out to your local hairdressing wholesaler for advice.

I thought the shag name was replaced for the wolf? 2024. Anyways, What’s involved with daily or just weekly washing and styling? What if you wake up with either bed head or say you have to wear something over your head/hair such as a safety helmet or a military cover

I loved this videp because he was doing some unique stuff , a couple of weeks ago i did the Sassoon shag on me then put guy tangs " crimson spell " im a skilled pivot point hairdresser and goldwell trained colorist whos feeling pretty creative now awaiting 2 knee replacements here in covid usa, Ill never do this color again the shag is better now longer and texturized and 7na over blonde underneath . My little pony be gone lol

Yes, it depends on the length you like to cut. But with shoulder long hair, it will work. With shorter hair, you will loose the mullet effect.

I wish there was a little more explanation as you went around the dolls head. I was following for the guideline creation and then matching that around the head, but then once it got to taking down the top knot and cutting the front, there wasn't much verbal tutorial as visual

I really wish they did hair cutting videos on doll heads with super thin hair so I know what it looks like when thin hair is cut into a mullet since my hair is thin paired with fine strands of hair
