I don't like toilets in a closet with no sink. What if a person is sick and needs to wash up after using the restroom? A person would have to come out and go to a sink a distance away. That's happened to almost everybody. Also I don't like closets that u get to through a bathroom. Both of these r deal breakers for me. House is decorated nice though. I'd still have to move on
