They can take 2 more years to port Pioneer into Explorer, Timeless is the much more interesting format. With much more power, and the risk of teetering over the edge from broken cards like Deathrite Shaman, Show and Tell, Once Upon a Time and T3feri…Timeless is somehow pretty balanced. Each set brings a couple new cards into the format, and the Special Guest reprint slot has been amazing for this. Modern Horizons 3 adds Solitude to that list, and the white Evoke Elemental is coming to Arena and Timeless.
Even just looking at this one card, you can make a few predictions about what the future of the format is. Solitude is the missing card for a lot of these Modern decks within Timeless. We’re gonna look at what’s missing from the Modern meta, and what is currently been adapted into Timeless.
